What are the processing and delivery times?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery depends on the shipping service chosen, ranging from 1 to 5 business days.

What materials do you use?

All our products are made with full-grain leather, the highest quality available on the market! They are tanned, cured, cut, and then oiled by hand.

How do I make an exchange or get a refund?

Do you offer custom products?

We do not offer custom-made products. However, we can still make bridles with multiple piece sizes or in various colors.
