Orders and Payments

SYC Equestrian Inc. reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of inventory errors, pricing mistakes, declined payments, suspected fraud, or any other irregularities.
Full payment must be received before your order is processed. We accept majority of credit cards as well as online payment services displayed at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are duly authorized to use the selected payment method.
If SYC Equestrian Inc. cancels an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method.
Product Availability and Accuracy
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly depending on lighting, your device’s display, or the natural characteristics of the leather, as each piece is unique.
Some products are offered in limited quantities and may be modified or removed from the website without prior notice.
Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, errors can occur. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to offer a suitable solution — replacement, store credit, or refund.
SYC Equestrian Inc. cannot be held responsible for stock shortages or for minor differences in appearance between the displayed product and the one received when such variations are inherent to the natural materials used.
Prices and Promotions
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), before taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may be changed at any time without notice. The amount charged will always correspond to the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation. SYC Equestrian Inc. reserves the right to correct any pricing, description, or display errors — even after an order has been submitted.
In the event of a clear or technical error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Promotions and discounts are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed according to the timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy. These timelines apply only to order processing and do not include transit times.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the buyer. SYC Equestrian Inc. cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier, customs, strikes, weather conditions, or any other event beyond our control.
The delivery times provided are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. In the event of a delay, no financial compensation will be issued unless required by law.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure — including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, fires, wars, transportation disruptions, or network outages — SYC Equestrian Inc.’s obligations will be suspended for the duration of the disruption.
SYC Equestrian Inc. shall not be held responsible for any delay, failure, or inability to fulfill its obligations resulting directly or indirectly from such events. Once the situation returns to normal, our obligations will resume as soon as reasonably possible.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website.
No item should be returned without prior authorization. All return requests must be submitted within the time frame specified after receiving the package.
Customized or engraved products are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect confirmed by SYC Equestrian Inc. In such cases, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Items damaged due to improper use, lack of care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. SYC Equestrian Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
