Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received. 

Shipping methods and Carriers

We primarily ship with Canada Post (regular service or Xpresspost, depending on the customer's choice). Other carriers such as UPS or Purolator may be used depending on the circumstances.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery adress of your order. For oversized items (e. g. saddles), additionnal charges may apply. These will be indicated prior to confirming your order.

Order tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders. You will automatically receive an email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available directly from our location at:
5 Rue Vanier, Otterburn Park (QC), J3H 1N2, Canada.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
